Terms of Service

These beta terms govern the public, no-payment release of Ato Store. This document is a working draft and will be updated before general availability.

Last updated: 2026-02-16

By using Ato Store, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our IP Policy.

1. Beta Scope

Ato Store is currently a beta marketplace for publicly listed software capsules and agents. Paid listings, subscription billing, and payout features are not enabled in this beta release.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. If you are under the age of majority in your region, use of the service requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Public Content and Publisher Responsibility

Capsules listed in beta are publicly visible. Publishers are responsible for the legality, safety, and accuracy of the content they upload, including license compliance and third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our safety policies.

4. Security, Sandbox, and AI Agent Risks

We provide security controls and policy checks, but no sandbox or scanning system can guarantee complete protection. You are responsible for reviewing permissions before installation or execution.

AI agents may produce incorrect output or unsafe actions depending on user instructions and granted permissions. Verify important results before relying on them.

See the Security Policy for reporting and response information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Ato Store to distribute malware, infringing materials, unauthorized data collection tools, sanctions-violating content, or any software intended to harm users or systems.

Additional restrictions are described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. IP Notices and Takedowns

Rights holders may submit infringement notices. We review reports and may disable access, request additional information, or restore content after counter-notice review where appropriate.

The reporting workflow is described in our IP Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, security threats, legal obligations, or abuse of platform features.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The beta service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
